Chefs on Call
Most chefs, including Anthony Roselli, are usually too busy to cater parties. A few who do:
Atlanta: Seegers (404-846-9779). Guenter Seeger draws from his New American menu for dinner parties of two to 100.
Dallas: Mansion on Turtle Creek (214-520-5823). Dean Fearing serves his lobster tacos and other Southwestern dishes for groups of 10 or more.
New York City: Pino Luongo Tuscan Catering (212-462-1001). For crowds up to 3,000, Luongo will prepare favorites from Le Madri, Coco Pazzo and his many other restaurants.
San Francisco: Slanted Door (415-861-8032).Charlie Phan will whip up his famous shaking beef (filet mignon with garlic and organic onions) and other Vietnamese dishes.
