Where to stay: Chris Blackwell, the man who launched Bob Marley's career by signing him to Island Records, has given reggae pilgrims a soothing place to rest: the two-year-old Goldeneye resort (876-975-3354), located in Oracabessa, on Jamaica's north coast. Goldeneye, the former home of Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond novels, has had Harrison Ford, Kate Moss and Mr. Bond himself, Pierce Brosnan, as guests in its private thatched huts. Strawberry Hill (876-944-8400), another hotel owned by Blackwell's company, is located in the Blue Mountains, with a view of Kingston, and has clusters of individual cottages.
