Michel Bras, at age 33, takes over as chef of his parents’ restaurant and inn, Lou Mazuc, in Laguiole, France.
Bras replaces Lou Mazuc with a stark glass, granite and slate restaurant and hotel just outside Laguiole. Its name: Michel Bras.
