Budget-friendly designer hotels are making Europe more affordable. CitizenM debuts in Amsterdam in March with luxe rooms modeled after yacht cabins. Future locations include Berlin, Milan and Paris (doubles from $102; citizenm.com). Rooms at Amsterdam’s new Qbic hotel have Hästens beds and Philippe Starck bathroom fixtures (doubles from $58; qbichotels.com).
