Guests on this Radisson cruise learn how to pair cheese with wine. They can also take a class in wine blending from Sara Fowler, a winemaker at Napa's Franciscan Estates and Mt. Veeder. Fowler demonstrates how to mix five different Bordeaux-type varietals using glass pipettes to make a blend like Franciscan's Magnificat. Her students then attempt to create their own blends.
