Talented chef Jesse Griffiths puts together seasonally inspired weekly dinners under the name Dai Due at various locations around Austin. Griffiths is so devoted to local ingredients that the dinner I attended—at the landmark Boggy Creek Farm—took place practically inside the lettuce patch and featured dishes like an aromatic, garlic-and-basil-spiked vegetable soup made with okra from the farm.
