Irish expat Charlie O’Malley’s Trout & Wine arranges Mendoza winery visits and fishing trips for groups of six or less. A day in the Valle de Uco combines a tasting at Andeluna Cellars and casting in the San Pablo river. The day’s catch is served riverside, with local wines like Bodega Lurton Torrontes.
