Getting there The nearest airports with scheduled service are in El Paso (214 miles away) and Midland (225 miles away). An airstrip at Cibolo Creek Ranch is available for private or chartered planes. Room rates In El Cibolo, rooms are $250 to $590 per night for two; La Cienega costs $1,100 per night for up to eight people; La Morita is $350 for two. In the area One of the world's largest telescopes resides at the McDonald Observatory in nearby Fort Davis and can be visited by appointment.
