Although the secret's out—both IMAX and the BBC have reported on this stunning park made up of the world's most extensive system of underwater caves and cenotes—it's still a refreshing alternative to Xcaret's more commercial attractions. Shake off sun-induced languor by whooshing through the jungle on one of two 600-foot zip lines or by rappelling into a cenote, where you can float, snorkel, or dive (if you're scuba certified) in stalactite- and stalagmite-studded waters.
