Starting in Wellington and ending in Queenstown, this nine-day tour covers much of the natural landscape of New Zealand’s South Island. The itinerary is built around daily hikes, three to five hours each, but it also includes boating excursions to spot dolphins and penguins; meals of fresh seafood paired with regional wines; and overnight stays in memorable accommodations, like a tree-house suite at Hapuku Lodge, surrounded by ancient olive trees and a working deer farm.
