Ayung River Rafting

A two-hour white-water rafting tour on the rushing Ayung is easily the most exciting way to see Bali's inland jungles and waterscapes. You'll paddle through deep valleys, past cascading waterfalls and Balinese bathers, and over Class II and III rapids; in between, informative guides point out Hindu shrines among the trees. The price per person ($79 for adults, $52 for children ages 7-15) includes pickup and drop-off at your hotel, an afternoon meal, and bottled water.

Tip: Bring dry clothes to change into after the tour, including footwear (whatever you wear during the trip will be soaked).
