Epcot

Slightly more adult-oriented than the other Disney theme parks, Epcot doesn't have as many hair-raising thrill rides as its neighbors do. But its exhilarating hang-gliding simulator, Soarin', and its gardens and wide-open spaces make for a great day out. The World Showcase, a faux World's Fair of international pavilions, is a great place to bone up on your multiculturalism—and by far the best place in Disney World for an interesting meal (our favorite option: Restaurant Marrakesh, serving North African cuisine).

Tip: Unlike in the “dry” Magic Kingdom, you can get a beer here—or even while away a whole afternoon in the Germany pavilion's Biergarten.
