Disney's Hollywood Studios

An Indiana Jones stunt show and a retelling of The Little Mermaid top the long list of kid-oriented shows at this park, called Disney-MGM Studios until 2008. Ostensibly themed to the making of movies but really a celebration of all things Disney, Hollywood Studios is light on rides, although the Rock ‘n' Roller Coaster (set to the music of Aerosmith) and the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror free-fall are among Disney's most thrilling offerings.

Tip: The nightly 25-minute Fantasmic! pyrotechnics show is spectacular; secure seats at least an hour before showtime or risk being shut out.
