Located on 20 acres in Ecke Sports Park overlooking the ocean, the Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA is one of the largest and most active YMCAs in the country. The Strength Training Center has both free weights and cardio machines like Nautilus treadmills, stair masters, recumbent and upright bikes, Concept II rowing machines, and elliptical trainers, most of which have personalized TV screens. The Personalized Fitness Center hosts more than 140 classes a week ranging from yoga and Pilates to studio cycling and cardio kickboxing. The 25-meter x 25-yard Competition Pool has lap swim during all open hours. Day passes are available for $10 for adults.
