The result is an award-winning array of baguettes, olive rolls, chocolate croissants, lemon tarts, and ginger cookies. Rustica also offers rotating daily specials, such as egg braids and Italian pugliese bread. Set in the Calhoun Village shopping center, the bakery is spacious and minimally adorned, save for the glass cases brimming with cherry frangipani and bittersweet chocolate shortbread.
