This green cabin in the small, western Maine town of Rangeley is just a short walk from Greenvale Cove on Rangeley Lake. Since 1945, the locally-owned shop has been a favorite of area anglers, who stop in each season to upgrade their rods and reels, pick up new sets of Simms waders, and of course, give the selection of handmade flies a good, hard looksee. The lakes and rivers of the Rangeley Region teem with brook trout and land-locked salmon during the peak seasons, and at this shop, you'll find no shortage of good advice about where, how, and when to fly fish the "big three": the Kennebago, Magalloway, and Rapid Rivers.
