East of the city center, on KNSM Island (reachable by tram and causeway from Oosterdok), this vast, warehouse-like emporium stuffed with accessories for home and garden wears its excellent taste with a wink and a smile. That 16-square-foot buffalo-skin rug comes in fuchsia, in case the chestnut-brown or black-and-white versions are a little too staid for you. Kitchen utensils and accessories, a huge selection of exotic textiles, throws and pillows, tasteful porcelain objects (including piggy banks and a series of beautiful gilded birds), and a giant range of planters and flowerpots—hence the name—round out the picture.
