Founded by Geoff Latham, this local food purveyor is based in the Buckman neighborhood, not far from the Burnside Bridge. The company sells sustainable, free-range game birds and animals to professional chefs, as well as the general public. The inventory includes quail and quail eggs, three varieties of duck, and several different cuts of pheasant and guinea hen. Depending on the season, the store might also sell buffalo, venison, and elk, along with dried mushrooms like chanterelles and shitakes. The company primarily ships orders but allows customers to visit the pastel-green warehouse by appointment.
