A glass viewing wall lets visitors watch Chalifoux as he hand-dips fresh fruits, nuts, caramels, and even Oreos in his signature tempered, 72 percent cocoa blend. Baked goods like double-chocolate brownies, and ice cream flavors (Bavarian Crunch and Death by Chocolate, to name a couple) are also made on-site.
