The Miami-based fashion designer, whose fans include Gloria Estefan, Paulina Rubio, and Paris Hilton, has opened his own store, an opulent space with an old elevator cage for a changing room. Chang, a young talent with an eye toward tropical flair, stocks amethyst necklaces, jeweled flats, printed silk skirts, boldly colored embossed leather clutches, and Ashley Dearborn sandals.
