A yellow building with a green trim, located among the vineyards of Alexander Valley, Jimtown Store sells fresh, made-to-order soups, salads, entrees, sandwiches, and desserts. Chef Peter Brown uses local California ingredients, along with Mediterranean and Meso-American influences, to make such items as the smoked brisket sandwich with bourbon BBQ sauce, pastrami reuben, and ham and brie with Mendocino mustard butter. Build-your-own sandwiches are available, as are boxed lunches. The shop carries Jimtown's own selection of condiments, including spicy pepper jam, fig and olive spread, and Romesco sauce, as well as gift baskets, Jimtown wine, and homemade snacks like granola.
