Philippe Gosselin learned the art of baking from his father and hails from a family of bread artisans. Since 1989, his boulangerie-pâtisserie has consistently been drawing crowds to Rue St Honoré with his traditional family recipes. Most famous for his specialty loaves, including his baguette, he has also become increasingly successful with his array of intricately decorated confections. Colorful macaroons, cream-filled pastries, and tarts adorned with fresh fruit are artfully presented in neat rows under glass cases.
