This gelateria produces small, handmade batches of gelato each morning inside its Georgetown shop. Committed to using the freshest ingredients, the owners of Dolcezza have cultivated relationships with several regional farmers who provide the shop with the finest quality dairy products, fruit, and herbs. Patrons can choose from such artisanal flavors as black mission fig, ginger cardamom pistachio, and heirloom apple cider. Besides gelato, the shop also sells sorbetto (consisting mostly of fruit) and a selection of espresso drinks.
