Almost all include eco-conscious touches like organic cotton sheets and pesticide-free landscaping, with rentals spanning from one night to leases of six months and longer, all reasonably priced. Wild Ginger Falls, a cottage for two set among coffee trees and bamboo groves, can be rented for approximately $200 per night, while Makena Landing, an oceanfront home that sleeps up to 15, costs about $1000 per night. Modest price variations exist based on length of stay and seasonality.
