The Marcel at Gramercy

In the summer of 2009, the team behind the Empire Hotel's hit rooftop spot unveiled the Baboon Lounge, in Gramercy Park atop The Marcel. The idea was to create a sophisticated space that offers a fine selection of Italian wines, as well as simian-themed cocktails. Specialty Try the “King Kong,” which has splashes of banana and coffee liqueurs.
