Located in Southampton, this 30-acre farm practices sustainable, chemical-free farming with a focus on maintaining healthy soil. Established by Tom Wadson in 1976, the farm is frequently named “Best Greengrocer” by the Bermudian magazine. The on-site shop sells about 50 different fruits and vegetables, including carrots, broccoli, bananas, and strawberries, as well as fresh herbs, homemade jams, honey, and hot sauces. Wadson’s also hosts reservation-only dinners and brunches made with the farm’s freshest ingredients, such as all-natural sausage and hydroponic lettuce (grown without soil). Seasonal berry picking is available, as well.
