Cruise along the Nile for four days from Aswan to Luxor in this 1885 steamship that was renovated in 2007. The 23 rooms and five suites are arranged on two tiers that overlook the wide generous deck equipped with tables and wicker chairs. Recline on one of the comfortable chaise lounges on the top deck. At breakfast the pear jam, a fragrant, thick, reddish compote with large chunks of fruit, is homemade.
