Red Bones Blues Café

An uptown Kingston institution, Red Bones is the best place to catch live blues, jazz singers, soul, funk, and world beat music. Inside a Spanish-colonial mansion, the upscale club has two dining rooms arranged around an outdoor courtyard, and the space also hosts poetry slams, fashion shows, and film screenings. A well-dressed local crowd comes as much for the performances as they do for the excellent menu originally designed by local celebrity chef Norma Shirley.
