If this 9,000-square-foot disco on the club floor of the Royal Tower in Atlantis brings to mind Las Vegas by the ocean, it's no coincidence. The glass-enclosed club, whose colors continually change, was designed by Jeffrey Beers—the man behind Rumjungle at Mandalay Bay—and conceived of by the Pure Management Group, of hot spots Pure and Tangerine on the Strip.
