On any given night, Sandoval might sit in with friends like Cachao, a Cuban mambo music pioneer, or Miami local Andy Garcia, a huge fan of Latin jazz. Set up as an old-fashioned supper club offering two shows a night, it serves a civilized dinner along with the jazz. Miami may be a town given over to pounding house music, but at Arturo's place, adults still rule the nightlife roost, and intelligent music prevails.
