Founded in 1983 by climbing enthusiast and retired knee surgeon Peter "Treeman" Jenkins, TCI was the first school of its kind to offer expert instruction in the art of recreational tree climbing. Whether you're a seasoned climber who's looking for advanced classes on branch walking and split tail climbing, or a beginner in search of new thrils, TCI is the place to start. For Beginner's Climbs, drop by Blackburn Park in North Atlanta from 2-5 p.m. on the first and third Sundays of each month.
