Princess Emanuela Notarbartolo di Sciara provides cooking lessons to teach students the arts of Italian cuisine and etiquette (including table-setting). Best of all, participants get to eat everything they cook. You’ll have to mind your manners, though. Lessons last for three hours over two to three days. Book at least three months ahead.
