It's a see-and-be-seen scene at Redmoon, where well-heeled late-nighters size each other up over Japanese sake-tinis and pricey plates of sashimi. The multipurpose space includes a lounge with sumptuous red sofas, a sushi bar, and a live-music zone where an easy-on-the-eyes girl band plays pop songs on traditional Chinese instruments. There's also an always-packed cigar lounge, where patrons can purchase top-notch Monte Cristos and Romeo and Julietas. Many of the best cocktails here are sake-based; try the Osaka Mojito, made with sake, soda, fresh lime, brown sugar, and mint leaves; or the Geisha Dorada, made with sake, dark rum, pineapple juice, and coconut milk.
