Every night starting at 9 p.m., top-notch jazz performers riff in this intimate restaurant/lounge on the ground floor of the arty Listel Hotel. The room, kitted out with mostly tables for two, fills with a mix of visitors and local jazz-heads, who sample great wines and classic cocktails and enjoy the shows. The music—often trios and quartets—isn’t overly amplified, so patrons can enjoy easy conversation without having to shout. Popular performers include crooner Laura Crema and alto sax player Saul Berson with his trio.
Insider Tip: A seat at the left end of the bar is your best bet for seeing the stage.
