The most expensive cocktail in Milan can be found at Nottingham Forest just outside Porta Monforte. At €3,500, the diamond cocktail is thankfully the only of its ilke at this tiny bar dedicated to mixology. Led by Dario Comino, bartenders apply molecular culinary philosophy to making drinks that incorporate the use of syringes, dry ice, and multi-colored glassware. There are even flower-infused drinks like violet martini and rose mojito. The walls are equally decorative with a collection of bar paraphernalia curios from around the world.
