Owner Kirsten Holm mixes a daring array of martinis, from the Frangelico and amaretto–filled Nuttitini to truffle-infused vodka, while chatting up the crowds in her convivial little bar, set on a cobblestoned street in the city center. The low-key regulars lack attitude; candles, fresh flowers, and an Oriental rug complete the intimate vibe.
