The plum-hued bar is both small and posh, which makes it the perfect place to savor rare champagnes (a bottle of Krug vintage 1996 will set you back $625); fine wines (available by the glass); a mean Bellini; and a brief but excellent bar menu (including grilled cheese strips with rosemary).
