Bluehour
A high-ceilinged, airy spot set amid the loading docks and chic galleries of the Pearl District, Bluehour is run by the same team behind chic eatery Clarklewis. It’s a prime spot for happy hour (4:30 to 6:30 p.m. nightly), when locals pile in for Pacific oysters on the half shell, fried-egg-and-Gruyère sandwiches, ginger-infused caipirinhas, and Bluehour martinis (Ketel One infused with house-roasted plum liquor). As the evening progresses, an increasingly well heeled, nattily dressed crowd descends on the bar for grown-up cocktails and conversation.
